The company iNTERBiMS GmbH, founded in 1980, distributes natural, volcanic materials throughout Europe. We have specialised in the processing of raw materials such as pumice, lava, as well as substrates, building materials and filter materials for a wide range of applications.

Thanks to our proximity to the largest inland port on the Middle Rhine, we can deliver our products by inland waterway vessel to all ports in Germany and abroad in a cost-effective and environmentally friendly manner.

iNTERBiMS GmbH has special, stationary screening and crushing plants at its disposal, with which substrates for gardening and landscaping, for green roofs and selected mixtures of volcanic raw materials, are produced. Also, INTERBIMS has a transhipment and storage area with roofed bulk material boxes.

Thanks to the roofed boxes, dry mixtures can be prepared regardless of the weather.

The different raw materials are prepared for loading in bulk, for silo and tipper vehicles, as well as in different packaging (BigBags / sacks), for dispatch. 

iNTERBiMS GmbH supplies the industry, wholesale and building material trade.

Sales markets for our products are primarily in Germany, the neighbouring EU countries, Switzerland and Great Britain.

The volcanic raw materials come from GEBR. ZIEGLOWSKI GmbH & Co. KG (www.zieglowski.de), which maintains the most extensive pumice deposits with the best quality spectrum in the Eifel region. A special feature is the unique quality of the natural pumice deposits, which the company can fall back on. What also makes natural pumice so valuable are its physical properties such as heat insulation, heat storage, climate regulation, sound insulation or moisture compensation.

The raw materials of volcanic origin, such as pumice, lava and basalt, are mined with our machines. These are then either delivered directly to the customer or our production plants.

The careful, environmentally friendly extraction of these mineral raw materials from domestic deposits, their careful sorting and processing, as well as the production and provision of high-quality substrates, this is the task to which iNTERBiMS is committed.

In doing so, we use electricity from our solar plant to conserve fossil raw materials. Products that leave our factories meet our high-quality standards.
